Director, MBC Capital Limited

He qualified as a Medical Doctor in 1989 from the University of Lagos; had his post-graduate training in the U.K. and became a member of the Royal College of Obstetrics & Gynaecology in 1997.Hejoined St. Nicholas Hospital in 1997; became Medical director in 2000.He has attended various management.

Kofo who is the Group Managing Director is a graduate of Law, (London School of Economics & Political Science), and Barrister at Law of the Nigerian Law School. He has MBA from the Lagos Business School (in association with the University Of Navarra IESE Spain). He has over 28 years’ experience in banking/financial services. At various times, he was the Deputy Managing Director of MBC International Bank PLC (where he successfully oversaw the bank’s merger with FBN PLC). Thereafter he was pioneer Executive director in Asset Management at FBN Capital for two years.

At MBC, he oversaw the firm’s diversification into a suite of non-bank financial services (advisory/issuing house services, bureau de change, and insurance brokerage) which complement the broker dealer business of MBC Securities. He is on the board of Leadway Pensure PFA, a leading pension fund administrator in Nigeria.

Toyin joined the firm from Morgan Stanley (U.K). He is a fellow (FCIB) of the chartered institute of bankers of Nigeria and an associate (ACS) of the chartered institute of stockbrokers of Nigeria (CIS). He is an experienced investment banker and has garnered a wealth of experience working with various firms in Nigeria and the United Kingdom (UK), spanning securities trading, investment management and Corporate Finance.

Mrs. Claud-Ennin is the Company Secretary, Head of Legal and Corporate Services of Consolidated Discounts Limited. She has over 20 years legal experience in both private and public sectors having worked with Banque International du Benin, Uniprofunds Limited and FIMB Properties Limited.
