The Nigerian Exchange Limited Bourse closed Negative. The benchmark All Share
Index (ASI) depreciated by 0.06% to close at 45,928.27. Market Capitalization
decreased by 11.88 billion to close at N24.75 trillion while the Year-to-Date (YtD)
returns settled at 7.52%.

Today’s market direction can be largely attributed to losses recorded in large and
mid-cap stocks in Banking, Industrial and Consumer Goods. Some of today’s market
losers include FTNCOCOA (-7.69%), NEM (-5.41%), SOVRENINS (-4.17%), AIICO (-
2.44%), UCAP (-2.24%), FBNH (-1.67%), NB (-1.46%), UBA (-1.22%), ZENITHBANK (-
0.78%), GTCO (-0.58%) and OANDO (-0.42%) amongst others.
