  • Performance across sectors was broadly bearish as 2 out of 5 sectors closed in the red zone. Insurance and Oil/Gas Indices declined by 0.25% and 1.94% respectively. Banking and Consumer Goods indices advanced by 0.28% and 0.17%. While Industrial index remained unchanged.
  • Market activity measured by aggregate volume decreased by 37.33% while value increased by 28.70%. Investors traded a total of 67 million units of shares valued at N1.48 billion in 3,386 deals.
